Erica Challinger

Hi I am Erica Challinger, I am autistic and I have epilepsy. 

I really like volunteering for AIM because it’s for everybody and our families too! 

I enjoy all sorts of handicrafts, I love reading and baking cakes even though I don’t like eating them! I love baking at AIM with Jenny, the kids and teens gain life skills from it plus it’s fun! 

I love animals, I have 5 amazing cats, Keith, Missy, Chester,  Toots and Crunchie. 

I have 2 fish tanks, one coldwater one exotic, I like watching them swim, unlike me I sink ! 

I’m also hugely passionate about butterflies, I have 32 framed ones. My favourite is the Blue Morpho from Brazil.
