Sarah Brooks

Hi everyone, my name is Sarah Brooks, I'm a Neurodivergent mum to 7 children, 4 of them are AuDHD.

Being a parent of children who have been let down so badly by the education system, in particular my daughter whom I had to deregister to home educate; due to the trauma she went through in school.

I have experience of having had to fight for her EHCP and for her to have the proper inclusive setting in place for her secondary school.

I've seen how many parents are going through the same thing as I did, I'm happy to be able to offer my advice and support to get their children the help they need in my role as a SEN Education Advisor.

I am so excited to be volunteering for Autistic Inclusive Meets, as this is where all of my knowledge came from when my daughter was first diagnosed.

I'm all about my children, advocating for their rights and enjoying family time.

Being with my family is the best part of my life, going on days out and gatherings.

I love being a mum.
