A List of All Young People Failed By Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services.

A message from our Patron David Gray-Hammond:

"I'm creating a public record of all the Autistic children and young people failed by CAMHS.

You can submit names to the list, however unless both you and the young person are comfortable using a real name, I ask that you submit a pseudonym. There is also a question about something that makes them happy as I wanted to humanise and make each name unique.
