A peaceful protest against the harmful rhetoric of Applied Behavioural Analysis.
Carbone is an ABA practitioner who is flying over to Edinburgh for a two day workshop. He will be training teachers, parents and professionals in the well-moneyed art of compliance training.
Reinforcers, planned ignoring and motivators are just some of the tactics to coerce autistic children and teens to comply to the demands of the practitioners.
Please join us in protesting this workshop. We as autistics do not need compliance training! We need and deserve understanding, gentle therapies, inclusion and above all acceptance.
